Cancellation and Late Policies

Once an appointment hour is scheduled, you will be expected to pay for it unless you provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation. Please let me know if you will be arriving late for your appointment.  In most occasions, if an appointment starts late, it will still end at its scheduled time.
