Fees and Billing
My general fees are listed below and serve as an introduction to the ‘Good Faith Estimate’ federal law requiring me to inform clients of my fees prior to providing a service.
Fees include paperwork, screening measures for risk, assessment of your psychological needs and ideas for treatment. Full follow-up visits are also noted below. You will be expected to pay prior to each session, unless we agree otherwise. I will provide you with periodic billing summaries and receipts to submit to insurance or health care spending accounts. Payment schedules for other professional services will be agreed upon at the time that they are requested. In circumstances of unusual financial hardship, I am willing to discuss and may negotiate a fee adjustment or payment installment plan.

Group Therapy Session 80 Min $160
Missed Appointments Full Fee
Cancelled Appointments without 24-hours notice Full Fee
Report writing + clinical correspondence $250/hr
a service fee of 4% will be added to cover transaction fees when using credit cards, FSA/HSA cards for payment.
