Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a non-judgemental space for you to learn more about yourself and the issues that are troubling to you. Facing these issues can be intimidating and seeking help takes courage. Whether you work with me or another professional, I am glad you are beginning this journey.
I practice traditional psychotherapy and often integrate art therapy and animal therapy. I will be with you throughout the process, offering my support, encouragement, and candid observations. I seek to understand each person's lived experience and tailor my approach to your needs. We will discuss potential risks, benefits, and the limitations of our work together so that we can establish healthy goals. Together, we will safely explore the issues that brought you to therapy and understand them in ways which support the life you want to live.
